We’re thrilled to announce that Zambrero will be opening at Wellington Square Shopping Centre in early December 2025. This is fantastic news for our community with even more food choices right here in Wallan.
Known for their fresh, delicious Mexican cuisine and commitment to quality ingredients, Zambrero will add serious variety to our dining options. Whether you’re craving authentic burritos, bowls, tacos, or quesadillas, you’ll soon be able to grab them right here at Wellington Square.
Plus, there may also be a game-changing new menu item launching when they open. We are very excited.

Zambrero’s Plate to Plate program is all about giving back. For every meal purchased, Zambrero donates a meal to someone in need.
